Aufgaben

  • Execute strategic projects for business divisions or General Management and propose options for implementation
  • Monitor market and competitor intelligence on a global basis
  • Execute and facilitate preparation, development and presentation of Strategic Plan to be updated on a 3-year cycle
  • Development of detailed marketing strategies in the Regional Business Units and Global Business Divisions including gap analysis of existing product portfolio and identification of new product technologies
  • Leading M&A activities in close alignment with division managers and General Management up to deal closure
  • Support and execute post integration projects

Fachliche Anforderungen

  • Master or Advanced Degree preferably in Finance or Business Administration, PhD or MBA is a plus
  • Solid background in Sales & Marketing in the Nonwovens or related industry
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
  • Diplomatic skills in working within a matrix
  • Stamina and execution focus
  • Proficient skills in German and English
  • Excellent presentation and workshop skills & techniques
  • Ability to work within a global matrix organizational structure and willing to travel up to 30%
